소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제27조(소방시설관리사증의 재발급)

① 법 제25조제6항에 따라 소방시설관리사가 소방시설관리사증을 잃어버렸거나 못 쓰게 되어 소방시설관리사증의 재발급을 신청하는 경우에는 별지 제16호서식의 소방시설관리사증 재발급 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 소방시설관리사증발급자에게 제출해야 한다.

② 소방시설관리사증발급자는 제1항에 따라 재발급신청서를 제출받은 경우에는 3일 이내에 소방시설관리사증을 재발급해야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receipt^r리싯 of어^v브 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 reissuance^r리이수언스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð디 issuer이슈어 of어^v브 fire^f파이어 protection프^r러텍션 system시스텀 manager매너저 certificates서티^f피킷츠 shall섈 reissue^r리이슈 the^ð더 fire^f파이어 protection프^r러텍션 system시스텀 manager매너저 certificate서티^f피컷 within위^ð딘 three^θ쓰^r리 days.데이즈
