Enforcement Decree of the Fire Protection Systems Installation and Management Act, Article 15 (Special Rules on Application of Fire Protection System Standards upon Extension or Change of Use of Specified Fire Protection Objects)

① 법 제13조제3항에 따라 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 특정소방대상물이 증축되는 경우에는 기존 부분을 포함한 특정소방대상물의 전체에 대하여 증축 당시의 소방시설의 설치에 관한 대통령령 또는 화재안전기준을 적용해야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 기존 부분에 대해서는 증축 당시의 소방시설의 설치에 관한 대통령령 또는 화재안전기준을 적용하지 않는다. <개정 2025.11.25>

② 법 제13조제3항에 따라 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 특정소방대상물이 용도변경되는 경우에는 용도변경되는 부분에 대해서만 용도변경 당시의 소방시설의 설치에 관한 대통령령 또는 화재안전기준을 적용한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 특정소방대상물 전체에 대하여 용도변경 전에 해당 특정소방대상물에 적용되던 소방시설의 설치에 관한 대통령령 또는 화재안전기준을 적용한다.
