소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(성능위주설계를 해야 하는 특정소방대상물의 범위)

1. 연면적 20만제곱미터 이상인 특정소방대상물. 다만, 별표 2 제1호가목에 따른 아파트등(이하 "아파트등"이라 한다)은 제외한다.

5. 별표 2 제16호의 창고시설 중 연면적 10만제곱미터 이상인 것 또는 지하층의 층수가 2개 층 이상이고 지하층의 바닥면적의 합계가 3만제곱미터 이상인 것
