소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(소방시설의 내진설계)

① 법 제7조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 특정소방대상물"이란 「건축법」 제2조제1항제2호에 따른 건축물로서 「지진ㆍ화산재해대책법 시행령」 제10조제1항 각 호에 해당하는 시설을 말한다.
