Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of and Support for Small Business Owners, Article 10 (Entrustment of Duties Concerning Management and Operation of the Fund)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제22조제2항에 따라 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 업무 중 다음 각 호의 업무를 공단에 위탁한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

1. 기금운용계획안 및 기금결산보고서의 작성

2. 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 회계사무

3. 기금 여유자금의 운용

② 공단은 제1항에 따라 위탁받은 기금의 운용 현황, 기금 지원 대상자의 선정 및 지원명세 등을 포함한 월별 세부 기금 운용실적을 매 분기 마지막 달의 다음 달 20일까지 중소벤처기업부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 공단은 매 회계연도의 기금 결산보고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 다음 회계연도 2월 20일까지 중소벤처기업부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2021.1.5>
