소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조의4(손실보상의 대상)

① 법 제12조의2제1항에서 "영업장소 사용 및 운영시간 제한 등 대통령령으로 정하는 조치"란 다음 각 호의 조치를 말한다. 다만, 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사와 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)이 행한 조치는 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제49조제1항제2호에 따른 조치를 하는 중앙행정기관의 장(「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제3조제1호나목에 따른 감염병을 수습하기 위하여 같은 법 제14조에 따른 중앙재난안전대책본부를 둔 경우에는 그 본부장을 말한다)과 미리 협의하여 행한 조치로 한정한다. <개정 2022.2.7, 2026.6.23>
