소음ㆍ진동관리법 시행령 제8조(운행차 소음허용기준)

법 제35조에 따른 운행차 소음허용기준은 다음 각 호의 자동차의 소음 종류별로 소음배출 특성을 고려하여 정하되, 소음 종류별 허용기준치는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장의 의견을 들어 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
