수산생물질병 관리법 시행령 제17조(방역비용의 지원)
Enforcement Decree of the Aquatic Life Disease Control Act, Article 17 (Support for Disease Control Costs)
① 법 제43조제2항에 따른 수산생물용의약품의 투약 등에 드는 비용에 대한 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 지원 비율은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2012.7.20>
(1) The proportions of support by the State or local governments for costs of administering aquatic life medicines, etc. under Article 43 (2) of the Act are as follows:
1. 법 제13조제1항에 따른 투약에 드는 비용: 해당 비용의 2분의 1 이상은 국가가 지원하고, 그 나머지는 지방자치단체가 지원
1. Costs of administration under Article 13 (1) of the Act: At least one-half of the costs shall be supported by the State, and the remainder by local governments;
2. 법 제16조에 따른 살처분에 소요되는 비용, 법 제17조제2항에 따른 소각 또는 매몰에 드는 비용 및 법 제18조에 따른 소독ㆍ소각 또는 매몰에 드는 비용: 해당 비용을 모두 지방자치단체가 지원
2. Costs required for culling under Article 16 of the Act, costs of incineration or burial under Article 17 (2) of the Act, and costs of disinfection, incineration, or burial under Article 18 of the Act: All of the costs shall be supported by local governments.
② 지방자치단체의 장이 제1항에 따른 비용을 지원하는 경우에는 그 사실 여부를 확인한 후 지급하여야 한다.
(2) When the head of a local government supports the costs under paragraph (1), he or she shall pay them after verifying the facts.
