Fisheries Act, Article 90 (Deposit of Compensation)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 때에는 제88조에 따른 보상금을 공탁하여야 한다.

② 제1항제3호 본문에 따라 보상금을 공탁한 경우 등록하거나 등기한 권리자 또는 소송 당사자는 공탁한 금액에 대하여 그 권리를 행사할 수 있다.
