수산업법 제95조(수산조정위원회의 설치)

어업에 관한 조정ㆍ보상ㆍ재결 또는 양식업 등에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 해양수산부에 중앙수산조정위원회를, 시ㆍ도 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구에 시ㆍ도수산조정위원회 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구수산조정위원회를 각각 둔다.
