Enforcement Rule of the Water Leisure Safety Act, Article 39-2 (Notification of Conclusion of Insurance, etc. Contracts)

① 법 제53조제1항에서 "해양수산부령으로 정하는 기간"이란 별표 10의2와 같다.

② 보험회사 및 공제사업자(이하 "보험회사등"이라 한다)는 법 제53조제1항에 따라 보험이나 공제(이하 "보험등"이라 한다)의 계약 체결 사실 등을 알릴 때에는 법 제52조제1항에 따른 보험등 가입관리전산망(이하 "가입관리전산망"이라 한다)을 이용해야 한다. 다만, 가입관리전산망의 장애 등으로 가입관리전산망을 이용하기 곤란한 경우에는 문서 또는 전자우편 등의 방법으로 알릴 수 있다.

③ 보험회사등이 법 제53조제1항에 따른 사실을 알릴 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함해야 한다.
