수소경제 육성 및 수소 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제50조(정기검사)

법 제47조제1항에 따라 수소연료사용시설을 설치하여 사용하려는 자(이하 "시설사용자"라 한다)는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 완성검사 증명서를 발급받은 날을 기준으로 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 시기에 같은 조 제3항에 따른 정기검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 한국가스안전공사가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동별로 같은 시기에 정기검사를 받게 할 수 있으며, 시설사용자가 요청하는 경우에는 한국가스안전공사와 시설사용자가 서로 협의하여 정한 시기에 정기검사를 받게 할 수 있다.
