시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제14조의2(부적정한 정밀안전점검 또는 정밀안전진단 실시결과의 수정ㆍ보완)

① 법 제18조제3항에 따른 수정ㆍ보완의 제출기한은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. 이 경우 법 제18조제1항에 따라 실시한 평가결과에 대한 이의제기 등 불복절차의 진행 기간은 제외하고 계산한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 해당 시설물이 공사 중이거나 정밀안전점검 또는 정밀안전진단을 대행한 자가 폐업했거나 영업정지 중인 경우 등 불가피한 사유로 해당 기한까지 결과보고서를 수정하거나 보완하여 제출할 수 없는 경우에는 국토교통부장관과 사전협의하여 제출기한을 조정할 수 있다.
