Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Facilities, Article 42 (Public Announcement of Results of Status Inspections|9)

① 국토교통부장관, 주무부처의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제59조제1항에 따른 실태점검의 결과가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 같은 조 제6항에 따라 그 결과를 공표할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관, 주무부처의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따라 실태점검의 결과를 공표할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.
