Enforcement Decree of the Food Industry Promotion Act, Article 11-2 (Support for Automation, etc. of Food Industry-Related Facilities)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 법 제8조의2제2항에 따라 식품산업에 필요한 생산ㆍ제조시설 등(이하 이 조에서 "식품산업 관련 시설"이라 한다)에 다음 각 호의 설비 또는 시스템을 도입하려는 식품사업자에 대하여 그 도입에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다.

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 식품사업자에 대하여 필요한 비용을 지원하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려해야 한다.

③ 법 제8조의2제2항에 따라 식품산업 관련 시설의 자동화등에 대한 지원을 받으려는 자는 자동화등 설비 또는 시스템 도입 사업의 목적, 내용, 필요성 및 자동화등 추진 방안 등이 포함된 사업계획서를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출해야 한다.
