식품산업진흥법 시행령 제28조(품질인증대상품목의 표준규격 제정 등)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 전통식품의 상품화 촉진과 품질인증제도의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 소관 품질인증대상품목에 대하여 심의회를 거쳐 그 표준규격을 제정하거나 개정 또는 폐지할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.2.19>

② 제1항에 따라 표준규격을 제정ㆍ개정 또는 폐지한 때에는 이를 고시하여야 한다.

③ 농림축산식품부장관은 표준규격 제정 등을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 기관에 표준규격 제정 등에 관한 사항을 의뢰할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.2.19>
