식품산업진흥법 시행령 제7조(분과위원회의 운영)

① 분과위원회 위원장은 분과위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

② 분과위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 subcommittees서브커미티즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 분과위원회에서 의결한 사항은 위원장에게 보고하고 심의회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

④ 전문적인 조사ㆍ연구 등을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 예산의 범위에서 분과위원회별로 비상근 전문위원을 둘 수 있다.
