식품위생법 시행규칙 제46조(품목제조보고사항 등의 변경)

① 제45조에 따라 보고를 한 자가 해당 품목에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 별지 제45호서식의 품목제조보고사항 변경보고서(전자문서로 된 보고서를 포함한다)에 소비기한 연장사유서(제3호의 사항을 변경하려는 경우만 해당한다)를 첨부하여 제품생산 시작 전이나 제품생산 시작일부터 7일 이내에 등록관청에 제출해야 한다. 다만, 수출용 식품등을 제조하기 위하여 변경하는 경우는 그렇지 않다. <개정 2011.8.19, 2012.6.29, 2014.5.9, 2015.12.31, 2018.12.31, 2020.4.13, 2022.6.30, 2026.9.1>
