신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(여론집중도조사에 대한 협의)

문화체육관광부장관은 법 제17조제1항 전단에 따라 「방송법」 제2조에 따른 방송과 「인터넷 멀티미디어 방송사업법」 제2조에 따른 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송을 대상으로 여론집중도 등을 조사하는 경우에는 같은 항 후단에 따라 조사대상, 조사시기, 조사기관 등 조사방법과 공표방법에 대하여 방송미디어통신위원회위원장과 사전에 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
