신탁법 제100조(법원의 명령에 의한 신탁의 종료)

신탁행위 당시에 예측하지 못한 특별한 사정으로 신탁을 종료하는 것이 수익자의 이익에 적합함이 명백한 경우에는 위탁자, 수탁자 또는 수익자는 법원에 신탁의 종료를 청구할 수 있다.
