실용신안법 제17조(수수료)

① 실용신안등록에 관한 절차를 밟는 자는 수수료를 내야 한다.

② 실용신안등록출원인이 아닌 자가 출원심사의 청구를 한 후 그 실용신안등록출원서에 첨부한 명세서를 보정하여 청구범위에 적은 청구항의 수가 증가한 경우에는 그 증가한 청구항에 관하여 내야 할 심사청구료는 실용신안등록출원인이 내야 한다.
