약관의 규제에 관한 법률 제28조(조정조서의 작성과 그 효력)

① 협의회는 분쟁조정사항의 조정이 성립된 경우 조정에 참가한 위원과 분쟁당사자가 기명날인하거나 서명한 조정조서를 작성한다. 이 경우 분쟁당사자 간에 조정조서와 동일한 내용의 합의가 성립된 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.6.12>

② 협의회는 조정절차를 개시하기 전에 분쟁당사자가 분쟁조정사항을 스스로 조정하고 조정조서의 작성을 요청하는 경우에는 그 조정조서를 작성한다.
