어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 시행령 제12조(어린이놀이시설 안전감시원)

① 관리감독기관의 장은 소관 어린이놀이시설의 이용자 안전 지도 및 위해ㆍ위험 정보의 수집 등을 위하여 어린이놀이시설 안전감시원을 위촉하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.1.19, 2011.8.29>
