Enforcement Decree of the Children's Playground Safety Management Act, Article 12-2 (Establishment and Operation of the Children's Playground Safety Management System)

① 법 제19조의2제2항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 정보"란 다음 각 호의 정보를 말한다. <개정 2021.6.22>

③ 행정안전부장관은 법 제19조의2제3항에 따라 법 제18조제1항에 따른 어린이놀이시설 안전관리지원기관의 장에게 법 제20조제1항에 따른 어린이놀이시설의 안전관리에 관련된 업무를 담당하는 사람(이하 "안전관리자"라 한다)의 어린이놀이시설의 안전관리에 관한 교육(이하 "안전교육"이라 한다)의 이수에 관한 정보를 안전관리시스템에 등록할 것을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2024.12.17>
