Enforcement Decree of the Children's Playground Safety Management Act, Article 13 (Types of Insurance, etc.)

① 법 제21조제2항에 따른 보험의 종류는 어린이놀이시설 사고배상책임보험이나 사고배상책임보험과 같은 내용이 포함된 보험으로 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 보험은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 시기에 가입하여야 한다. <개정 2009.1.19, 2013.11.29>

③ 어린이놀이시설을 인도받은 관리주체가 해당 어린이놀이시설의 사용을 개시하지 않은 경우로서 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 경우에는 제2항제1호에도 불구하고 해당 어린이놀이시설의 사용을 개시하는 날의 전날까지 제1항에 따른 보험에 가입할 수 있다. <신설 2019.5.7>
