어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제16조(안전인증대상어린이제품에 대한 안전기준의 제정 또는 개정의 신청)

① 법 제17조제1항에 따라 안전인증을 받으려는 자는 국가기술표준원장에게 안전기준의 제정 또는 개정을 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 안전기준의 제정 또는 개정 신청을 받은 국가기술표준원장은 신청을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 안전기준의 제정 또는 개정의 추진 여부를 신청인에게 알려야 한다.
