어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제17조(안전인증의 변경 신청)

① 법 제17조제2항에 따라 안전인증의 변경을 신청하려는 자는 변경 사유가 발생한 날부터 1개월 이내에 별지 제18호서식의 안전인증 변경 신청서에 변경 사실을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 안전인증기관에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 변경 신청을 받은 안전인증기관은 변경 신청한 내용이 해당 안전인증대상어린이제품의 안전기준 또는 공장심사기준에 적합한지를 확인한 후, 적합한 경우에는 별지 제15호서식의 안전인증서를 신청인에게 새로 발급하여야 한다. 다만, 안전성과 관련이 없는 경우에는 즉시 발급하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 변경 신청을 받은 안전인증기관은 변경 신청한 내용이 해당 기준에 부적합한 경우에는 별지 제18호서식의 결과통지서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다.
