어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제24조(정기검사의 면제)

① 법 제17조제9항에 따른 정기검사의 면제를 받으려는 자는 별지 제20호서식의 정기검사 면제신청서에 최근 2년간의 자체검사 실적을 첨부하여 안전인증기관에 제출하여야 한다.

② 안전인증기관은 제1항에 따른 정기검사 면제 신청이 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 경우에는 면제 신청 후 최초의 정기검사를 면제할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 안전인증기관은 직전 4년 동안 법 제6조에 따른 안전성조사 또는 법 제7조에 따른 검사에서 해당 어린이제품이 안전기준에 적합하지 아니한 것으로 확인된 사실이 있는 경우에는 정기검사를 면제해서는 아니 된다.
