Enforcement Rule of the Special Act on Safety of Children's Products, Article 34 (Keeping of Related Documents by Manufacturers, etc.)

법 제22조제6항에 따라 안전확인대상어린이제품의 제조업자 또는 수입업자는 다음 각 호의 서류를 해당 어린이제품의 제조일(제조일이 없는 수입품의 경우에는 수입일을 말한다)부터 5년간 보관해야 한다. <개정 2022.8.3>
