어린이제품 안전 특별법 시행규칙 제35조(상호인정계약의 체결 절차)

① 시험ㆍ검사기관이 법 제22조제7항에 따른 계약을 체결하려는 경우에는 계약의 내용과 범위 등을 국가기술표준원장과 협의해야 하며, 계약을 체결할 수 있는 국내외의 기관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관으로 한다. <개정 2022.8.3>

② 제1항에 따른 계약은 국제규격에 따라 인정되거나 국제전기기기인증제도에 따라 공인받은 품목의 범위에서 체결한다.
