어선법 제37조(다른 법령의 준용)

① 어선의 항행과 등록에 관하여 「선박법」 제2조, 제5조, 제9조제2항ㆍ제3항(대한민국 영사에게 임시선박국적증서의 발급을 신청하는 경우로 한정한다), 제10조(선박국적증서나 가선박국적증서를 갖추어 두지 아니하고는 대한민국국기를 게양할 수 없는 부분으로 한정한다), 제11조(국기 게양 부분으로 한정한다), 제13조, 제26조(국기게양과 표시의 면제로 한정한다), 제28조 및 제29조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "대한민국선박"은 "대한민국어선"으로, "한국선박"은 "한국어선"으로, "선박"은 "어선"으로, "선박취득지"는 "어선취득지"로, "선박관리인"은 "어선관리인"으로, "선박소유자"는 "어선소유자"로 본다. <개정 2008.3.28, 2014.3.24>

② 어선의 검사와 그 밖의 이와 관련된 사항에 관하여는 이 법에서 규정한 것을 제외하고는 「선박안전법」 제6조, 제12조부터 제14조까지, 제17조, 제41조, 제44조, 제66조, 제69조 및 제73조부터 제75조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "선박"은 "어선"으로 본다. <신설 2009.5.27, 2013.3.23, 2017.10.31>
