에너지이용 합리화법 시행령 제25조(협의절차 완료 전 공사시행 금지 등)

① 공공사업주관자는 에너지사용계획에 관한 협의절차가 완료되기 전에는 그 사업 등에 관련되는 공사를 시행할 수 없다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 공공사업주관자가 협의절차의 완료 전에 공사를 시행하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장에게 그 사업 또는 시설공사의 일시 중지 등 필요한 조치를 하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
