Article 43 (Contents of Articles of Association)

① 법 제41조제1항에 따른 시공업자단체(이하 "시공업자단체"라 한다)의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 시공업자단체는 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
