엔지니어링산업 진흥법 시행규칙 제12조의3(행정처분 이력 등 확인)

① 법 제25조제1항에 따른 양수인등이 같은 조 제3항에 따라 종전의 엔지니어링사업자가 행정처분의 절차가 진행 중인지 및 행정처분을 받은 이력이 있는지 여부의 확인을 요청하려는 경우에는 별지 제12호의2서식의 엔지니어링사업자 행정처분 이력 등 확인 요청서를 협회에 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 협회는 종전의 엔지니어링사업자가 행정처분의 절차가 진행 중인지 및 행정처분을 받은 이력이 있는지 여부를 확인하여 별지 제12호의3서식의 엔지니어링사업자 행정처분 이력 등 확인서를 요청인에게 발급해야 한다.
