여신전문금융업법 시행령 제9조의8(신용카드등부가통신업의 등록말소)

① 법 제27조의2제5항에 따라 등록말소를 신청하려는 자는 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 등록말소신청서를 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다.
