연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조(수당 등)

연구개발특구위원회 위원 또는 전문위원회 위원 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다. <개정 2021.3.16>
