연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제18조(국유재산의 사용ㆍ수익ㆍ대부 등)

① 법 제15조제4항에 따른 국유재산의 사용료 및 대부료는 해당 토지의 가액에 1퍼센트 이상의 요율을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.

② 법 제15조제5항에 따라 국유재산의 매입대금은 1년의 범위에서 납부기일을 연기하거나 20년의 범위에서 나누어 내게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 분할납부 기간에 적용되는 이자는 연 4퍼센트를 초과할 수 없다.
