Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 21 (Operation, etc. of the Ombudsman)

① 법 제25조에 따른 옴부즈만(이하 "옴부즈만"이라 한다)의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

② 옴부즈만은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

1. 특구에 입주한 외국인투자기업 및 외국인의 애로사항에 대한 업무 지원

1. Supporting서포팅 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 difficulties디^f퍼컬티즈 faced^f페이스트 by바이 foreign-invested^f포^r런-인^v베스티드 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 and앤드 foreigners^f포^r러너즈 residing^r리자이딩 in인 the^ð더 special스페실 zone;존

2. 특구에 입주한 외국인투자기업의 경영 애로사항 관련 정보 수집

3. 특구 안 외국인들의 생활 애로사항 관련 정보 수집

4. 제2호 및 제3호의 사항에 대한 개선방안 마련 및 관계 행정기관에 대한 이행 건의

③ 옴부즈만은 제2항에 따른 업무수행과 관련하여 관계 행정기관에 협조를 요청할 수 있으며, 협조를 요청받은 관계 행정기관은 7일 이내에 그에 대한 의견을 옴부즈만에게 통보하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 ombudsman암버드즈먼 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 cooperation코아퍼^r레이션 from^f프^r럼 relevant^r렐러^v번트 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 in인 connection커넥션 with위^ð드 performing퍼^f포밍 duties두티즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), and앤드 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 requested^r리퀘스티드 for^f포 cooperation코아퍼^r레이션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 ombudsman암버드즈먼 of어^v브 its잇츠 opinion어피니언 within위^ð딘 seven세^v븐 days.데이즈
