영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(영화상영관의 등록 등)

①법 제36조제1항에 따라 영화상영관의 등록이나 변경등록을 하려는 자는 그 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 문화체육관광부령이 정하는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 영화상영관의 소재지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말하며, 이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 변경등록을 하려고 할 경우에는 변경사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 변경사항과 관련되는 서류만을 첨부하여 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.11.9, 2012.8.13, 2015.11.11>

②시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 등록이나 변경등록 신청을 받았을 때에는 문화체육관광부령이 정하는 시설기준과 다음 각 호의 기준을 갖추었는지를 확인한 후 영화상영관등록증을 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.11.17, 2017.2.3, 2021.3.30>

③시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따라 등록증을 교부할 때에는 영화상영관등록부에 그 사실을 적어야 한다.

④제2항에 따라 영화상영관등록증을 교부받은 자가 그 등록증을 잃어버리거나 등록증이 헐어 못쓰게 된 때에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 등록증의 재교부를 신청할 수 있다.
