오존층 보호 등을 위한 특정물질의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(수급 등의 조정)

1. 법 제4조제1항에 따라 제조업의 허가를 받은 자(이하 "제조업자"라 한다) 또는 법 제11조제1항에 따라 수입허가를 받은 자(이하 "수입업자"라 한다)가 제조하거나 수입한 특정물질의 판매 가격을 부당하게 조정하는 경우

2. 법 제13조에 따라 판매계획의 승인을 받은 자가 산업통상부장관의 승인 없이 특정물질의 수요자로서 특정물질의 사용을 업으로 하는 자(이하 "사용업자"라 한다)를 변경하는 경우

3. 특정물질 사용합리화의 추진 등으로 법 제13조에 따른 판매계획의 변경이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우
