옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제50조(교육의 위탁 등)

① 법 제12조제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 제49조에 따른 교육을 실시할 능력이 있다고 인정되는 교육기관 등으로서 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 시설기준에 맞는 자를 말한다.
