우편대체법 제4조(이자의 지급)

① 계좌에 입금된 금액에 대한 이자의 지급 여부, 이율 및 계산 방법에 관하여는 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정한다. 이 경우 이율에 관하여는 금융위원회와 협의하여야 한다. 다만, 「한국은행법」 제28조제15호에 따라 금융통화위원회가 정하는 기준의 범위에서 이율을 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2020.6.9>
