우편법 제35조(반환 불능 우편물의 개봉)
Postal Services Act, Article 35 (Opening of Undeliverable Mail Items)
발송인의 주소나 성명이 불분명하여 되돌려 보낼 수 없는 우편물은 그 주소ㆍ성명을 알기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 우편관서에서 이를 개봉할 수 있다.
A mail item that cannot be returned because the sender's address or name is unclear may be opened at a postal agency where necessary to learn the address and name.
