원양산업발전법 시행령 제20조의4(이의신청)

① 법 제31조의2에 따른 과징금의 부과에 이의가 있는 자는 제20조의3제1항에 따른 통지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 해양수산부장관에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받으면 그 신청을 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 그 이의신청에 대한 결과를 신청인에게 통지해야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 14일 이내에 통지할 수 없는 경우에는 그 기간을 만료일 다음 날부터 기산하여 10일의 범위에서 한 차례 연장할 수 있으며, 연장 사유를 신청인에게 통지해야 한다.
