Enforcement Decree of the Act on Physical Protection and Radiological Emergency of Nuclear Facilities, etc., Article 40-4 (Preparation and Approval of Entrusted Duty Processing Regulations)

① 법 제45조제6항 전단에 따른 수탁업무처리규정(이하 "수탁업무처리규정"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
