Enforcement Decree of the Nuclear Safety Act, Article 13 (Conclusion of Research Agreements)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따라 원자력안전연구개발사업의 연구개발과제에 관한 협약(이하 "연구협약"이라 한다)을 맺고 연구를 주관하여 수행하는 기관 또는 단체(이하 "주관연구개발기관"이라 한다)의 장은 원자력안전연구개발사업에 필요한 비용 중 일부를 정부 외의 자의 출연금 또는 기술개발비(현물을 포함한다) 등으로 충당하려는 경우에는 이를 연구협약에 명시해야 한다. <개정 2024.10.29>

② 연구협약에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 주관연구개발기관의 장은 위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 연구개발과제의 일부를 「기초연구진흥 및 기술개발지원에 관한 법률」 제14조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 또는 단체나 해당 분야의 전문가와 공동으로 연구하거나 위탁하여 연구하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.10.29>
