Enforcement Decree of the Hazardous Materials Safety Management Act, Article 22-2 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)

소방청장(법 제30조에 따라 소방청장의 권한 또는 업무를 위임 또는 위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
