위험물안전관리법 시행령 제22조의3(규제의 재검토)

소방청장은 제15조제2항에 따른 예방규정의 이행 실태 평가 대상에 대하여 2025년 1월 1일을 기준으로 5년마다(매 5년이 되는 해의 1월 1일 전까지를 말한다) 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 해야 한다.
