유선 및 도선 사업법 제30조(관계 기관의 협조)

시ㆍ도지사와 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장, 지방해양경찰청장ㆍ해양경찰서장, 지방해양수산청장 등 관계 행정기관의 장은 유ㆍ도선의 안전운항과 위해방지를 위하여 필요할 때에는 서로 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 협조 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
