유아교육법 시행령 제22조의7(회의 소집)

① 국립ㆍ공립 유치원에 두는 운영위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집한다.

② 제1항에 따라 위원장이 회의를 소집하려면 회의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 정하여 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 국립ㆍ공립 유치원에 두는 운영위원회의 위원장은 회의 일시를 정할 때에는 일과 후, 주말 등 위원들이 참석하기 편리한 시간으로 정하여야 한다.
